Shipping policy

Made to order
Every item is personalised and printed after you order, so please allow time for production as well as delivery. Your order is made by our trusted print partners around the world and shipped directly to you.
How long will it take?
- Production: usually 2 to 5 business days
- Delivery: usually 1 to 4 weeks after production, depending on the product and where it's being sent
Some items, such as Santa sacks, can take up to 6 weeks in total. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during the busy Christmas period.
Christmas delivery
To have the best chance of receiving your order before Christmas, please order by 7 November. Orders placed after this date are still welcome, but we can't guarantee they'll arrive before Christmas.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery address. If your order contains items from different print partners, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
International orders
We ship to many countries. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Address details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address, and we're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
